Manage and distribute your information digitally

CAPTURE: Scan duplex A4 documents in a snap at 90ipm for colour and 130ipm for B&W.
MANAGE: Store, retrieve and re-use documents any time using the systems’ built-in document server (optional File Format Converter required).
SHARE: Scan to email with either manual, local or LDAP address book input
Scan to specified nework folder for optional storage of internal documentation.
Scan to URL prevents receiver’s email inbox congestion: the email only contains the URL address where the receiver can view and pick up the file if required.

Plockmatic Bookletmaking System provides inline production booklet maker, trimmer, unique square spine finishing and thick cover feeder. Most importantly, these allow the MP 7001 to run at full productivity.
Ricoh/GBC StreamPunch provides inline punching of holes with 7 different interchangeable die sets:
Colour Coil (47 hole), Plastic Comb (21 or 20 hole), Twin Loop Wire (2:1, 23 square or round hole), Twin Loop Wire (2:1, 34 square or round hole). Once again, all at the MP 7001's rated speed.

Unauthorised access is prevented: use a PIN code to access the device or use Windows® authentication for easy login/logout.
Temporary data left on the systems’ Hard Disk Drive is overwritten using Data Overwrite Security Kit.
Data theft and illegal copying of materials is avoided by using HDD Encryption Kit and Copy Data Security Unit.
